Nectarine & Raspberry ice cream
Yellow nectarine
Rasberries
Classic AOp Provence olive oil, 2 teaspoons
Mix the raspberries with a teaspoon of Classic AOP Provence olive oil to obtain a coulis.
Fill 3/4 of an ice cream mold with the coulis.
Remove the pit of the yellow nectarines. Mix them with a teaspoon of Classic AOP Provence olive oil to obtain a coulis.
Pour the nectarine coulis in the last quarter of the ice cream mold.
Place in the freezer.
Remove when completely frozen.
