Olive oils have a very rich palette of aromas and tastes. These are influenced by terroir, climate, the olive varieties used, and how healthy and ripe the fruit are.
At Castelas Mill, all of our oils undergo cold extraction. From harvest to harvest, our passion for flavour and our know-how have led us to produce olive oils of highly distinctive character and flavoured oils of delightful freshness.
