& Cranberry Pie

THE PIE CRUST :

• 200 g flour

• 50 g of Aop Classic olive oil Valley of Baux de Provence Organic

• 50 g of water

•1 pinch of salt

 

THE PIE:

• 50 g pecan nuts, finely chopped

• 500 g fresh cranberries

• 2 organic oranges, a little grated rind and all the juice (about 2 dl)

• 4 tablespoons of sugar 

THE PIE CRUST :

Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl and add the olive oil Classic Aop Valley Organic Baux de Provence to obtain a granular paste. Add water and knead lightly. Form a ball and let the dough rest for 30 minutes in food film.

 

THE PIE:

Spread the dough on a floured work surface.

Install the dough into a pie pan.

Prick the pie crust with a fork, place the pecans on the pie crust, then put the cranberries on top.

Mix the orange zest and juice with the sugar, pour over the cranberries. 

Cooking time: approx. 35 min at the bottom of the oven preheated to 220 ° C.
