Origin
A green tapenade made with unripened olives and Castelas extra virgin olive oil from the AOP Vallée des Baux de Provence. Ingredients: split green Salonenque or Béruguette olives (87%), Castelas extra virgin olive oil AOP Vallée des Baux de Provence, capers (3.3%), salt, lemon juice, almonds, anchovies (0.6%), fennel, vinegar, pepper. No preservatives or colourings.
Suggestion
Keen to share with you the little pleasures of daily Provence life, we created this black tapenade to enliven dishes such as fresh pasta, green salads and steamed vegetables - or to be simply savoured on a slice of good fresh bread.
